Baldwin running back Micah Welch was recently named the Region 2-4A Offensive Player of the Year. The junior was the catalyst of the Braves’ offense in 2022. Welch eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark for the first time in his career, totaling 1,373 yards on 226 rushing attempts with a team-high 16 TDs.
