The team kicked off its season with an exhibition game at Charleston Southern University, a Division I school in the Big South Conference.

Georgia College & State University (GCSU) volleyball finished its overall 2022 fall season 11-19 and 7-8 in Peach Belt Conference (PBC) play.
Looking back, the Bobcats’ fall season represented their best PBC finish since going 8-4 in a 2017 campaign.

For the second-straight year, the Georgia Bulldogs are heading back to the SEC Championship game.
After beating in-state rival Georgia Tech 37-14 last Saturday, Georgia now could capture something it hasn’t been able to since 2017: an SEC title.

Trojans to face Deerfield-Windsor in state title

The stage is set for the GIAA Class AAA state championship game. John Milledge Academy’s Trojans (12-0) and the Deerfield-Windsor Knights (10-2) will square off at 8 p.m. Thursday at Mercer University’s Five Star Stadium in Macon for the Georgia state title.

John Milledge Academy made history Friday night with its 42-7 victory over the Heritage School.
The Trojans set a new Georgia high school football state record with the win over the Hawks. That mark was previously held by GHSA’s Buford, which won 47 straight from 2001-2004.
