Georgia College & State University men’s basketball (4-7, 0-2 PBC) suffered a tough 67-64 loss to the University of Auburn at Montgomery (7-8, 5-6 PBC) in an extremely physical contest.
The squads were neck and neck through the contest in the first half of play.

Bravettes finding momentum heading into 2023

The Baldwin girl’s basketball team won over 25 games last year but has had its ups and downs since the start of this season.
The Bravettes began their schedule with a tough non-region slate of away games that prepared them for good competition.

Georgia to play TCU for national title

The Georgia Bulldogs are headed to the College Football Playoff title game for a secondstraight year. The No. 1-ranked Bulldogs will face No. 3 Texas Christian University (TCU) Jan. 9, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.
Georgia defeated No. 4 Ohio State 42-41 in the Peach Bowl on Saturday night.

Georgia College & State University women’s basketball (8-3, 1-1 PBC) took a tough 70-65 loss to a fast-paced Savannah State University (8-2, 3-1 SIAC) offense before the winter break.
Buckets dropped left and right in the first quarter with 45 points scored between both squads.
