A local Baldwin County woman was recently recognized as the oldest resident at Fellowship Meriwether.Ginny Cartwright turned 102 December 23 and was honored December 18 in festivities at the assisted living facility on Meriwether Road. Her daughter, Carol Ballew, said Ms.
