More arrests, charges in Waffle House shooting

The investigation of the shooting at the Waffle House in Eatonton is now in its eighth week, and another arrest was made, and more charges added to previous arrests this week, bringing the total arrests to four.

Georgia College accreditation reaffirmed

The Board of Trustees for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) voted to reaffirm Georgia College & State University’s accreditation for the next 10 years at its annual meeting earlier this month.

A woman is dead after a fatal shooting Dec. 15 at Twisted D’s Salon located at 370 Allen Memorial Drive.The victim, identified as Keishonna Todd, was laying on the ground in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
