Allied Arts in Milledgeville hosted its first exhibit of the year featuring hand-made quilts from the Lake Oconee Quilt Guild.“The quilts displayed are based on challenges set by the guild,” said Cookie Noel, member of the Lake Oconee Quilt Guild.

Georgia College & State University and Georgia Military College students held mixed emotions Sunday following the TikTok ban. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court unanimously voted to uphold a law stating TikTok will shut down in the United States by Jan. 19.
