Shoplifting under investigationOn Oct. 14, law enforcement made contact with a manager at Walmart, at 2592 N. Columbia St., in reference to a previous shoplifting incident by Lindsey Irish. Irish was previously charged with felony theft by shoplifting due to altering price tags during checkout.

JMA wins battle of the Trojans; clinches region title

John Milledge Academy (8-1, 3-0) trounced Tatnall Square Academy 52-7 last Friday night in Milledgeville to clinch its seventh region title in the last eight years.The hometown Trojans dominated the first half, scoring five touchdowns in the opening quarter alone.
