The Plaza Arts Center is hosting a free celebration Friday, Oct. 24, for families to kick off the Halloween spirit in a safe and fun way. From 3:30-5 p.m., The Plaza’s front lawn will be filled with an array of seasonal activities including face painting, crafts, goodies, games, and treats.
