State Rep. Rick Williams won the Republican nomination for Senate District 25 outright despite having three challengers. In Baldwin County, Williams earned 84.97% of the vote with Rick Jeffares in second at 12.21%.

Sounds of beeping buses backing into the parking lot behind the Brown-Stetson-Sanford House continued throughout the day on Monday, May 16. One hundred twenty-eight students from Flowery Branch were in Milledgeville to discover the role the town played in Georgia history.
