The Milledgeville City Council met Sept. 23 to approve the new articles entitled “Microbreweries and Brewpubs” and “Wine Shops in Central Business District” discussed at the first meeting of the month.

Governor’s Office of Student Achievement awards $1 million to the Deal Center
