McCue named District Teacher of the Year

First-grade teacher Mary Ashley McCue, at Lakeview Primary School, was named the 2024 District Teacher of the Year at the annual gala Oct. 26. McCue is originally from Griffin but moved to Baldwin County to attend Georgia College and graduated with a degree in childhood education.
