Like mother, like daughter, in this case

A mother and daughter were booked at the county jail last week on a relatively obscure charge — unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance.Wendy Leighanne Stevens, 43, and Scarlett MacKenzie Stevens, 24, were released on a $1,000 property bond. Each is listed with the same Spurgeon Drive address.

It was a very tense few minutes around Midway Hills Primary last Thursday morning, when the school was in the direct path of an EF0 tornado.The sun was still coming up, which only added to the tension. Students were crying, and the trauma was real.
