Georgia College & State University men's cross country runner Daniel Laird has been named the Zaxby's Player of the Week ending Oct. 22.
Laird, a freshman from Hoschton, Ga., competed in the 2023 Peach Belt Conference Championship Oct. 21 in Oakwood. He was named the league's Freshman of the Year as he helped the Bobcats finish in fourth place overall.
