Valette Jordan Adkins, 85, passed away on April 18, 2026. Williams Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
Visitation is set for Friday, April 24 at Bethel Church from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., with the service to follow. Adkins was a past regent of Nancy Hart Chapter NSDAR and a member of Oconee River Buskers Square Dance Club. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church at Lake Sinclair, where she sang in the choir and taught adult Sunday School in rotation with other teachers.
