Mary Lucille Parker Blount, 67, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 24. Williams Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Survivors include her partner, Phillip McDaniel of Milledgeville; her sister, Sydney Blount of Baldwin County; her brothers, Wallace (and Tammy) Parker of Milledgeville, and David (and Sara) Parker of Dublin; and several nieces and nephews.
