Carolyn Bryant, 65, passed away on Sept. 8, 2026. Slater’s Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include her son, Erik Jamal (Christine) Bryant; grandchildren, Erik Carter Bryant and Zoe Grace Bryant; mother, Ada Faustine Foston; brother, Larry Foston; devoted cousins, Valerie Trawick, Anthony Foston, and Tina Washington; godchildren, Jocelyn Paschal, Derrick Paschal, Shaquita Blount, Adrianne Blount-Miller, and Jasmine Caldwell; devoted friends, Carolyn Caldwell, Ray Bryant, Nicky Jones, Donnie Paschal, and Edda Paschal; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
