Sally Ruth Sapp Harrell, 94, passed away on June 28, 2026. Williams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include her sons, John Harrell, Jr. of Perry, Michael Harrell of Athens; sister, Patricia Smith of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Gary Hogg (Michele), Angela Hogg-Ward (Stephen), John F. Harrell (Carla), Steven Harrell, Christopher Harrell; 14 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren.
