Ronald Marshall Harley, of Savannah, passed away Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025. Survivors include spouse Gail Barlett Harley, daughter, Julianne Harley Fowler (Gary) of Milledgeville, stepson, Keith Scott; grandkids, Macey Marie Fowler, Mitchell Harley Fowler, Brittany Wilkinson Chandler, Jamie Wilkinson Gonzolaz; sister, Marion Leland Harley of Atlanta; great-kids, Ellie and Evelyn Chandler, and Brea, Matthew and Joseph Gonzalaz.
