Otis “Buster” Parker, III, 91, passed away on May 30, 2026. Williams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Charlene; his sons and daughters-inlaw, Gary and Glenda, and Brian and Robin; his 4 grandchildren, Garrett (Kirsten), Travis (Holly), Lauren, and Hunter (Kaci); and 7 great-grandchildren.
