Martin (Judy) of Milledgeville and Les Martin (Rachael) of Marietta; nieces and nephews; Tiff any, Derreck, Dalton, Leah, Sydney; great nieces and nephews: Jordan, Jade, Jewels, Jak Martin, Derrek and Heather-Olivia and Willie Martin. Cowan was a lifelong resident of Milledgeville and retired from Vought/Triumph/Qarbon.
