Joyce B. Harris, 69, passed away on May 6, 2026. People’s Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. The service is scheduled for Monday, May 18 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of All Faiths, with burial to follow at Scenic Memorial Gardens.
