Debra Phillips, 69, of Greensboro, passed away Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025. Survivors include her children, Stacy Warren (Andre) and Joannie Marie Phillips of Milledgeville, Bobby Phillips (Stephanie) of Byron and Bobby Jo Willis of Gordon; mother, Jeanette Carter of Eatonton; sister, Rochelle Motes of Roberta; brothers, Mark Rainey of Eatonton and Robbie Rainey (Jessica) of Forsyth; grandchildren, Andre Warren, Jr, Yasmin Phillips, Alexis Warren, Alicia Warren, Kirsten Queen and Autumn Warren; and great-grandchild, Jonah Lockhart.
