Charles W. Price 83, passed away on Feb. 20, 2026. Moores Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife Judy Boone Price of Milledgeville, two daughters Pam Price Howard (Ken Garland) and Suzanne Price Brown (Bobby) of Milledgeville, two grandchildren Meghan Pittman Golden (Seth) and Charles Jackson Dodd, a sister Meg Leonard of Swainsboro, and a sister-in-law Jean Boone of Milledgeville, a brother-in-law Jimmy Leonard, his nephew Brent Boone and two nieces Ashley Snider and Meredith Leonard, and a number of cousins also survive. Price was born in Swainsboro, Georgia on October 30, 1942, to the late Meredith Berry Price and Sarah Nell Smith Price. After he graduated from high school he moved to Milledgeville where he met the love of his life Judy Boone. He worked in the Food Service Industry for over 40 years, retiring from U.S. Foods in 2010. He was preceded in death by his brother- in-law Billy Boone and a son-in-law Randy Howard.
