Barbara Annette Culpepper Oliver passed away Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025. Survivors include her sons, Terry Oliver (Charlotte) of Tifton, GA, and Tim Oliver (Peggy) of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Brittany Oliver Hall (Bobby) of Isabella, Joshua Oliver (Heather) of Dawson, and Grayson Oliver of Milledgeville; great-grandchildren, Jaelynn and Beckett Oliver, Peyton and Cayden Hall; siblings, Ronnie Culpepper (Jerolyn), Deborah Culpepper, Darlene Harper (Myron), Danny Culpepper (Kay), Connie Watson, Linda Carlton (Ken), Roberta Oliver, and Lynwood Kelley; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
