Barbara Ann Middlebrooks, 77, passed away on May 17, 2026. William Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include mother, Rose Ann Marano Smith; her daughter, Kim Whitlock (and James); her son, Eddie Cliff Middlebrooks, III (and Shonna); her grandchildren, Madison Rose Whitlock, and Kayla Ann Whitlock; her sister, Wanda Ennis (and Mike); as well as a nephew, Tyler Ennis; and niece, Holly Ennis Torres (and Pablo); her brother, Jimmy Smith (and Patricia); as well as nieces, Mandy Petty (and Jeff ), and Jamey Arrington (and Cory); her aunts, Angela Smith, Jeanne Conner (and Eddie), and Lucille Wakzak (and Gene); her uncle, Leonard Marano (and Rosie). A native of Trenton, New Jersey, Middlebrooks was a Substance Abuse Counselor at the Youth Development Center and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
