Kenneth ReeseWilliams, Sr., 86, passed away on Sept. 13, 20026. Williams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include his son, Dr. Kenneth Williams Jr. of Savannah and brother Willie Terrell Williams of Milledgeville.
