Jordan Anthony Hughes began his stay at Coastal State Prison in in December 2025, which followed a conviction for child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Now, Hughes is facing a new round of charges. He was transported back to Baldwin County last week, just long enough to be booked at the county jail on charges of statutory rape and aggravated sodomy. This time around, Hughes, listed with a Colony Farm Road address, is accused of carrying on a sexual relationship with a juvenile.
Hughes was 17 at the time, while the juvenile was 12, according to an incident report.
In June 2020, a Superior Court judge handed down a 20-year sentence on the previous charges.
Hughes, 20, was shipped off to Coastal State Prison three months later, where he remains.
