Rosa Osborne, 88, passed away on July 16, 2026. Moores Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Visitation is set for today (Thursday) from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Moores, with the service to immediately follow. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Osborne of Milledgeville, three children, Joy Griffi n of Toomsboro, Lynn Ethridge of Simpsonville, South Carolina and William T. Osborne of North Las Vegas; a brother Bill Dean of Ackworth, three sisters Dorothy Epperson of Milton, Lillie Bell Haygood of Cumming, and Carolyn Hutson of Dawsonville; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
