Stephens Carlisle “Steve” Howard, Sr., 73, passed away on June 2, 2026. Williams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include his son, Stephen (and Alleigh) Howard, Jr. of Decatur; his grandchildren, Harrison Howard and Harper Howard, both of Decatur; and his brothers, William R. "Rick" Howard, Jr., M.D. of Valdosta and James C. (and Sherri) Howard of Hawkinsville. Howard was a lifelong Baldwin County resident and retired from Englehard/BASF.
