Janice Pounds Bivins, 71, passed away on March 29, 2026. Williams Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Visitation is set for Friday, April 3 between 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., with the service to immediately follow. Bivins is survived by her daughters, Brandi Faulk (Jack) of Milledgeville, Charity Edwards (Doyle) of Claxton; mother, Runette Eubanks Pounds of Milledgeville; sisters, Sunda Coleman (Holley) of Milledgeville, Marilyn Carruthers (Bob) of Macon, Wendy Archer (Mark) of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Michael, Jeremy, Cheyenne, Madison, Timothy, David, Brent; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
