Linda Lou McAllister Efird, 74, passed away on March 15, 2026. Moores Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include her daughter Bonnie Kitchens (Dewayne Walker), two sons Douglas McAllister and Benny Efird (Michelle), a brother Jimmie McAllister (Janet), 4 grandchildren, Josh Efird, Jacob Kitchens (Destiny), Madison Kitchens, R.J. Huey and 9 great grandchildren. Efird was born in Monticello. She had made her home in Milledgeville and worked for Walmart and Lowe’s for many years.
