Jo Beth Chapman Donnelly, 88, passed away on Feb. 26, 2026. Moores Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. She is survived by her son Walter M. Donnelly, III (Lisa), three daughters, Lynn Morgan (Curtis), Keith Grant (the late David Grant), and Pam Gray (Jeff), all of Milledgeville, her brother Henry Chapman (Cathy) of Milledgeville, nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Donnelly was born in Elberton, Georgia, on August 10, 1937, to the late William Henry Chapman and Fidelia Hall Chapman. She had made her home in Milledgeville and was a graduate of Peabody School and later GSCW. She owned and operated Donnelly’s Flowers Shop for over 50 years. She was a member of First Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter M. Donnelly Jr (Doodle).
