William B. “Rick” McCoy, 64, passed away Thursday, Feb. 12. Survivors include his brother-in-law Theo Garland of Milledgeville, his nephew William Sedrick Garland (Evelyn) of Winder and a great nephew William Noel Garland of Winder.
