Wayne Tylen McKneely, 95, passed away Sunday, Feb. 15. Survivors include his wife Betty Nolan McKneely of Milledgeville, his daughter Jan Miller (Johnny) of Milledgeville, his granddaughter Rachel Wood (Levi) of Milledgeville, three great-grandchildren Evelyn, Nolan, and David Wood.
