Emily Hortense Waters Rackley, 91, of Milledgeville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026. Survivors include her sons, Ira Rackley, Jr. (Nancy), Gary Rackley of Milledgeville, Michael Rackley (Diane) of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Terry Rackley (Patty) of Milledgeville; brother, Richard Waters of Augusta; and 17 grandchildren.
