Meade “Bert” Edwards, 77, of Tallahasee, Florida, passed away Friday, Jan. 2, 2026. Survivors include his wife, Mary Helen Edwards of Milledgeville; children, Tabitha Jones (Larry) of Texas, Leigh Orwig of Minnesota, Daniel Edwards (Tera) of Macon, Jason Edwards (Jan Rattia) of Chicago, and Jessica Cutsforth (Jon) of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Dylan Ingram, Megan Nieves (Matt), Brianna Orwig, Abigail Edwards, Alexandra Edwards, Maiah Rattia, Grace Cutsforth, and Virginia Cutsforth; sister, Sonja Mahler of Loganville; niece Elizabeth Rovira (Luis); and nephew Jon Mahler (Kayla).
