Exchange Bank is expanding its presence into Braselton, Ga. with a new full-service branch set to open in the spring of 2026. The branch will be located at 6700 Hwy 53 in Braselton.
The decision to expand into Braselton reflects both the area’s significant market growth and the increasing need for strong, community- focused financial institutions to serve local families and businesses.
This marks Exchange Bank’s first location in the Braselton market and represents a strategic step in the bank’s continued commitment to building relationships and supporting the communities it serves.

Exchange Bank opened its doors on June 1, 1903, at its original location in downtown Milledgeville. The bank was founded by three brothers of the Conn family, whose vision was to create a trusted financial institution dedicated to supporting their community.
Today, Exchange Bank operates four full-service locations: two in Milledgeville, one in Gray, and one in Lake Oconee.
The upcoming Braselton branch will be the bank’s fifth location.
