Patricia “Pat” Wolf O’Toole, 83, of Brooklyn, New York, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025. Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen Baxley (Markus) and grandchildren, Rory Baxley Catlett (T.J.) and Ryan Baxley.
