Mark Anthony Bell, Jr. 87, of Vidalia, passed away Friday, Sept. 19, 2025. Survivors include his grandson, Mark Anthony Bell IV of Milledgeville; sister, Wanda Bell Culpepper (John) of Athens; and brother, Wayne Bell of Athens.
