Phyllis “Willene” Williams Minton, 85, of Milledgeville, passed away Friday, Sept. 12, 2025. Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Wall of Atlanta, and Deborah (Kevin) Williams of Vidalia; grandchildren, Talisha (Chad) Alligood of Saint Simons, J.T. (April) Wall of Milledgeville, Kelly (Nathan) Fauscett of Nashville, Tennessee, and Brad (Susan) Williams of Statesboro; great-grandchildren Conner Williams, Davis Williams, Asa Wall, and Aiden Wall; sisters Jean Parish of Macon, and Sue Maddox of Dublin; and brother, Sam (Pat) Williams of Dublin.
