On Sept. 15, law enforcement was dispatched to the Heritage Inn in Milledgeville in reference to a fight. The victim stated that she was sitting in the passenger seat of a taxicab and talking on the phone when two women approached her.
Tracy and Tierra Fraley exited a van and reportedly approached the victim under the assumption she was talking to them. The pair allegedly opened the passenger door to the taxi and began to punch the victim in the face and pull her hair.
Reportedly, Tracy grabbed the victim’s purple Zenni glasses off her face, threw them on the ground and Tierra started to stomp on them, causing them to break. In addition to this, Tierra also pulled at the victim’s purse until the belt strap broke.
When asked, the victim declined medical attention and did not have visual injuries upon investigation. A witness stated the victim was talking to someone on the phone when Tracy and Tierra exited the van, opened the victim’s door and started hitting her. He further stated that he tried to separate the pair from the victim but they were pulling each other’s hair at the time of the fight.
Warrants were secured for Tierra and Tracy Fraley for simple battery and criminal trespass.
