The Community Bingo will begin at 5:30 p.m. with over 26 gift certificates and prizes; all graciously donated from the Milledgeville downtown restaurants and businesses! The games will end as soon as the last gift has been won. Live music from 7-9 p.m. will be provided by the 2022 Georgia College Homecoming Battle of The Bands winner Highspeed Dream. Milledgeville based Highspeed Dream’s band specializes in Southern Indie Funk Rock. Compromised of two guitarists, a bassist, a drummer, and a strong female lead vocalist, HighSpeed Dream captured the attention of Milledgeville with their unique sound at the GC Battle of the Bands. Being announced the winners, they had the privilege to open Georgia College’s 2022 Homecoming Concert this past February. They’ve been booking gigs all over Georgia and have been moving at highspeed ever since!
The Cookie Company will be selling delicious cookies, Finesse Catering will be back with their delicious funnel cakes, popcorn, and snacks, and Kona Ice will be serving up all the flavored ice you can imagine. There will also be corn hole, checkers’, chalk drawing for the kids, and tic-tac-toe for the enjoyment of the crowd.
