Wayne St., Milledgeville More info: Milledgeville-Baldwin County Allied Arts presents Indie Band Night with Pylon Reenactment Society, an outdoor evening of live indie music at Black Heritage Plaza. The Athens, Georgiabased group draws from the sound and legacy of the influential band Pylon, blending post-punk, indie rock and danceable rhythms. Led by original Pylon vocalist Vanessa Briscoe Hay, the group performs Pylon songs alongside original material.

Hancock St., Milledgeville More info: Led by a former hospital employee, this two-hour guided tour offers a deep dive into the institution’s complex history, its evolving role in patient care, and the ongoing redevelopment efforts shaping the future of the site. What: Operation Honor: Rural Salute Event When: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Where: Georgia Military College, 201 E. Greene St., Milledgeville More info: This free community event brings veterans, military families and the community together for a day of resources, live entertainment, food and family fun. Veterans and military families can connect with organizations and resources serving the military community, find support and meet others in the area. Families can enjoy bounce houses, face painting and a gaming trailer, while everyone can enjoy live music, a DJ, food trucks, local vendors and community organizations throughout the day.
