City council hears second workforce housing proposal

The Milledgeville City Council met Tuesday to hear the second proposal for the Equity Fund application and Workforce Housing Grant.Lawson Lawrence, a local builder, presented his proposal for 46 single family homes on Dunlap Road. Each home would be between 1,100-1,600 square feet.
