A local man was shot Oct. 22, in a drive-by shooting near the intersection of Allen Memorial Drive and Harrisburg Road.
The victim, identified as Jabrandon Ford, was shot in his left elbow and left upper thigh.
Ford was reportedly walking westbound on Allen Memorial near the Dollar General when they saw an unknown brown vehicle drive by and heard five to six gunshots. ...
