Knights of Columbus donates coats to PCES

  • Late last month, the Knights of Columbus Council No. 9458 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Milledgeville delivered 48 new coats to students at Putnam County Elementary School. The donation to PCES kids was part of a nationwide Coats for Kids program by Knights of Columbus and was coordinated through Rev. Dr. Avis Williams, the community liaison for Putnam Schools, and Elementary School Principal Whitney Smith.
