Debbie Cassandra Brett Stephan, 56, of Milledgeville, passed away Friday, Sept. 12, 2025. Survivors include her husband, William “Billy” Stephan of Milledgeville; children, TJ Camilla (Melissa) of Milledgeville and Alexis Oglesby of Midlothian, Virginia; sister, Julie Marchman (Thad) of Milledgeville; sisterin-law, Brandi Brett of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Kyle and Melina Camilla; and several nieces and nephews.
