    The franchisee of the Milledgeville Popeyes restaurant announced this week that three more of its locations are closing, one in Baxley, one in Homerville and one in Brunswick.This comes after Sailormen, Inc., announced in January that it was closing 17 of its restaurants, including six in Georgia, which was part of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
