The Morning Grind coffee shop has served the city of Milledgeville's local and student populations for nearly three years and its popularity shows no signs of slowing down. On Feb. 12 the small business hosted its 2nd annual “Galentine’s Day” event.

GMC announces first U.S. Service Academy at West Point appointment of 2025

Georgia Military College (GMC) announced that Grace Houghton, a Junior College Service Academy scholar, has been accepted to the United States Military Academy at West Point, becoming the first scholar in GMC’s Class of 2025 (69 Cadets) to receive a U.S. Service Academy appointment.
