Lakeview Academy fifth graders help change the world

At Lakeview Academy, the students of Mrs. Caroline Lacksen are planning to change the world. The idea that students have that kind of power is no joke, as local artist Megan Fowler explained during her initial visit with the class.

GMC students plant pinwheels for International Peace Day

GC Miracle hosts largest Miracle Mile since 2018

Georgia College Miracle (GC Miracle), the college’s largest student-led fundraising organization, hosted a color run last Saturday, its first community event of the new school year. GC Miracle was established in 2005 as part of a network of schools under the Children’s Miracle Network.

Georgia College & State University hosted the reception for its new Faculty Exhibition Sept. 8 in the Leland Gallery of Ennis Hall. The exhibition had multiple pieces of art from new faculty members Seth Cook, Holden Head and Megan McNaught.
